NEPAL TELECOM CLEANUP PREMIER LEAGUE

Nepal Telecom Cleanup Premier League (CPL) is a two-monthly campaign organized by
Maina Devi Foundation. Maina Devi Foundation is an autonomous non-profit organization
that is committed to improving the environmental and social aspects required for the
development of the nation.

Nepal Telecom Cleanup Premier League (CPL) is a two-monthly campaign organized by

development of the nation. The main motive of the Nepal Telecom CPL campaign was to
address the issue of scattered solid wastes and litter in the roadways and heritage sites of
Kathmandu Valley. The campaign focuses on mobilizing and engaging youth participants to
promote public awareness about cleanliness, and a solid and plastic waste-free
environment. The campaign focuses on emphasizing the importance of a clean and green
environment by conducting different programs. More than 5000 participants including
participants from different colleges and volunteers have participated in the campaign. CPL is
conducted in collaboration with various stakeholders including colleges and different
organizations. CPL is a competitive platform that encourages youths and stakeholders to
actively participate in the collection of scattered solid wastes from Kathmandu junctions,
roadways, and heritages.
